What impressed us MOST about Sam was that he postponed our reno several times over a period of almost two years, AT OUR REQUEST, due to our Covid concerns.

Sam and I first connected in December of 2021. He impressed me right away. He was one of the few contractors willing to talk to me via Zoom and even willing to take a Zoom tour of my house. Fast forward to today, and we have two gorgeous new bathrooms. Not only are they beautifully redesigned, Sam and his team (Mike and Greg) were amazingly efficient. Under Sams guidance, we selected materials from his list of preferred vendors. He then used our selections to develop a fantastic design and was able to ensure that the materials were sent to us just as they were needed. Sam, Mike and Greg then worked tirelessly and got the project done in 5 weeks. They surpassed our expectations in every way.

Sam was professional and communicative from start to finish - a big contrast from many of the other companies who made little or no follow ups or who were slow to respond. Sam made it clear it depended a lot on what our budget was which is fair because you get what you pay for. Among the reasons of what impressed us the most was the quick and consistent responsiveness, keeping their word on the costs as well as sticking to the timeline. And the ability to adapt or adjust quickly according to any concerns or requests we had along the way. Sam, Mike and Greg were great to work with! Mike was on site and consulted with me daily on the project. They worked well with the condo security and management team. They even protected all common surfaces to ensure no damage in the hallways. Overall, I was satisfied with the work done by the team. When I look at the pictures of the before and after, I cant believe the difference. Im really enjoying my 2 new bathrooms! Ive already given RenoWows contact information to our condo board so they can be recommended to other residents!
Sam and his team are wonderful to work with. In uncertain times of supply chain shortages, pandemic, etc Renowow somehow managed to complete their project ahead of schedule and within the original budget.
That’s impressive in itself, but the craftsmanship of their work is something else. Everything was installed with utmost precision and professionalism.
My 100 year old house was divided into two separate rental units. I wanted to convert it back into a single family home. This required a demolition of the second kitchen and a bathroom update. The bathroom was small, so i also wanted to maximize the space. This was my first ever renovation.
Sam was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process with him. I was impressed that he captured all the things we talked about in the agreement and suggested smaller details on the project that i didnt even think of.
He was responsive and accommodating when something unexpected came up from my end. Good communicator. And our project was finished on budget and ahead of schedule.

Very happy with our kitchen renovation. Having an older home makes everything more difficult but Sam and his crew were up to the task! I was particularly concerned with the floor level transitions which each previous contractor indicated a problem with. The newly installed floor is perfect, better than I expected. I recommend RenoWow with outmost confidence.
Sam and crew renovated all 3 bathrooms in our condo. We especially appreciated Sam's ability to work around the condo building's rules and communicate with the property manager as needed. The work was all done quickly and Sam was always glad to come back to make minor adjustments and repairs. The crew are all really nice guys!

We had an old tired bathroom that needed replacing big time. The tub leaked so it couldn’t be used. I found Renowow on this site and was impressed by all the great reviews so I contacted them. They have just finished our Reno and the new bathroom is beautiful. They went above and beyond to get everything perfect and gave me exactly what I wanted. We just can’t say enough good things about them. Sam keeps his word. His team is very professional. It’s refreshing to know companies like this exist. A reviewer on this site said Sam isn’t happy until you are happy. I now know that to be so true. We will be using them again in the near future for another bathroom Reno. My bathroom and ensuite have really been transformed. Sam included us in every aspect of the job making us feel like we are a part of the design process right up to the tiny finishing details. We have been "WOW'd" in our new bathrooms and highly recomend.
Sam and his team did an incredible job completely rebuilding our kitchen. They were fast, professional, and took great care of our home throughout the entire process. Sam has been accessible to us whenever we've had questions, and he has done a fantastic job keeping us apprised of what was happening each day, what was next, and where we were in the timeline. The whole team worked with our corporation's rules and restrictions, and Sam even facilitated work with our building's required plumber for us. Sam of Reno WOW renovated our bathroom summer 2018, and it's both beautiful and easy to take care of. We really liked his work, and he came back to renew our kitchen summer 2019, with equally excellent results. Sam is energetic, cheerful and efficient: great to work with. If you know what you want, he does that; if you need ideas, he has lots. He's easily available by email or phone, and gets back to you promptly. His time & cost estimates are accurate: no surprises. Very impressive from start to finish. RenoWOW showed good understanding of what we wanted to accomplish and established good rapport at our very first meeting. The initial proposal required little amendment to become a final specification in a short timeframe. The initial cost estimate highlighted areas where our decisions on materials and finishes would lead to changes and, allowing for those changes, the project was completed on budget - there were no cost surprises.
RenoWOW uses suppliers of high quality materials - millwork, flooring, plumbing fixtures and suchlike: we had no problem selecting products and the products we selected have proven to be satisfactory. They employ their tradespeople so have complete control over work scheduling and quality: this fairly large project was completed on time.
We are more than happy to give RenoWOW the highest rating and to recommend the company to anyone who wants high quality renovations.
Sam and his team were very professional and easy to work with. From the estimate to the final touches, they were friendly, polite, and worked hard. Sam was able to come in quickly to provide an estimate and then schedule us in for the project within days. The entire process was very smooth. I was very pleased with their workmanship and materials. When I asked for a minor adjustment to the door latch after the work was completed, RenoWow came back immediately and fixed it for me without any issues. I recommend them for sure.
This is my first Reno, I found Sam very knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured into any thing . My son did the demo and found a problem with the shut off valves. The condo's plumbers took two weeks to fix it putting Sam and his team on hold. Sam and Jr got to work they answered any concerns I had. Even when I changed my mind on a few things Sam worked quickly to get changes done. I now have a beautiful bathroom with lots of extra storage. My home was cleaned up before they left with a grantee if I find any thing wrong they'll be back to fix it . I would highly recommend Renowow to anyone thinking of doing a Reno
From our first meeting, Sam was extremely professional, polite, on-time and he and his team treated our home with velvet gloves. I was not sure what I wanted done except that I wanted it totally demolished and redone within a certain budget and timeline which Sam respected both. I wasn't sure about what would go well together so I trusted Sam with the colour scheme, choice of fixtures, everything and it all turned out very. very beautiful. He took time to explain his timeline, how he wanted to get things done and listened to our concerns. He always made sure we were totally comfortable with anything he was thinking of doing. I am absolutely in love with my new bathroom. Sam is the real deal and would recommend him to anyone.
I am very happy with the work Sam and his crew did. They finished on time and did what they promised in addition to some small repeats that were out of the scope of work but Sam promised and he delivered. He was very honest about pricing and was available for negotiation.

Sam is a great contractor. He gave us a thorough estimate and written contract before work started. All work was started and completed on time. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about design and products. His employees were very friendly and helpful, were always on time , went that extra mile, and did a great job. Sam always followed up right away re: any questions we had. We would recommend this company.
Sam was very nice. The Counter Top installed had some sort of chemical reaction and stained on one part. Sam responded quickly to our concerns and made an appointment for the vendor to visit our home to look at the problem and help find a solution. Unfortunately a solution could not be found and nothing further than having the entire counter replaced would remedy this. Either way Sam's response was appreciated. We also expressed concerns regarding the sink staining and scratching rather quickly after use. Sam again responded to our concerns quickly and informed us that any stainless steel sink would have wear and tear from cutlery etc. hitting the sink. Later when we moved our fridge there was a huge chunk of grout on the ground that was just left there. Overall Sam's quick response to our concerns and humble response to our review has shown us a greater customer service then expected. We believe that Sam will diligently work to always achieve for better and to do better each time.
Sam and his team, Carl, Emerson and Elmo redesigned, deconstructed, and renovated our guest bath, ensuite, and kitchen.
Sam provided great design and guidance throughout the process and listened to our input so the final results were exactly as we had hoped. Carl and Emerson worked hard to ensure the quality and installations were excellent. Elmo did all the electrical and lighting and did a masterful job. It was a big job involving three main floor rooms while we occupied the home. They were always concientious and most anxious to make sure we were 100% happy with the results. We are thrilled with the final results, and we hope to work with Sam, Carl, Emerson and Elmo again when we do our basement reno.
Sam understood my needs as to safety in the shower and chose a model which has been great. The crew arrived as scheduled each day and cleaned up at the end of the project. Sam reviewed the use and care of the shower stall.
We had an unusual challenge, converting a badly built bathroom into a laundry/utility room, but we wanted to keep the toilet as well. Sam was very helpful in running options and scenarios, and finally came up with a great, out-of-the-box solution. The crew were great, very efficient, professional and friendly. We went with Sam because he refused to cut corners, insisting that he would not take a job unless he could do it right.
We were very satisfied with the entire project. It was completed as they laid out (start / finish / costs). We will use them next year for another bathroom.

We met Sam (Renowow) through the Home Service Club. We called, he came when he said, got the idea of what we wanted for the bathroom, and came back with samples, and a flexible budget.
This was an original bathroom in the 35 year old condo and it was time.
Once we established the date his folks came on time, and respected our condo building's rules about garbage, elevators and work times.
Our bathroom looks marvellous, it was a complete teardown to the concrete. They finished on time, and on budget as agreed.
We did have a little issue about two weeks later (nothing serious) and Sam came by in a cheerful and timely manner.
Next year the master ensuite bathroom.
Sam is professional, punctual and the bathroom he renovated for my son who is handicapped, is perfect! On Sam's suggestions a new toilet, sink, mirror and floor were installed. His workers are skilled and did a great paint job. Sam's work is in compliance with the condo's specific regulations. The result is an amazing bathroom that meets all my son's needs

RenoWow did a great bathroom reno for me. Sam listened to my needs, came to the house with samples that were perfect and saved me from the frustration and hours of searching and shopping. Karl and his brother did the majority of the work and they were very good to deal with. They were prompt and did a quality job. I am very happy with my all white bathroom.
I had high expectations of this contractor renoWOW! given their website gallery of pictures, but the finished job exceeded my expectations.
Their work is neat and professional. Sam kept contact with me for decisions on options and progress reports on the job. The site had some difficult limitations to overcome which required more than some ingenuity, and here Sam's experience showed. They were willing to work along with some tasks completed by myself (demolition) and some by third party contractors (insulation).
Workers were courteous and cleaned the site before leaving each night as well as a final completion clean up.
In particular I appreciate the design recommendations and quality fixtures.
I left the paint selection up to Sam who chose colours I would not have selected but I am very pleased with the end result.

We were at our wits end trying to find a good contractor which was hard at the time. We realized we belong to HSC and decided let’s give them a call to see if they could help. Well I have to say you came through for us. You sent 2 different contractors Sam was the first to arrive and I immediately felt comfortable with him.
He was upfront and honest and I like the fact he asked me right away what my budget was which helped him in knowing what would work best for the budget I had. He made suggestions on what would work and what wouldn’t work. He had numerous samples for the cabinets, floors, countertop and back-splash. It also helped that I did not have to do any running around for supplies.
Sam has good workers that were consciences, hard working neat and tidy they always cleaned up when they were finished for the day. They treated our home with respect.
I’ve heard that there are some contractors are only in it for the money and don’t always provide good service. But I can definitely say I did not experience that.
In the future if I know anyone looking to do renovations I would most definitely recommend Sam and his team.

I found RenoWOW online. They did a basement for me, it's a basement suite. They did a number of things including flooring. It was pleasant. The work was really good. I have no complaints.
We had our kitchen completely made over in the spring of 2013. The work was done professionally, on time and within budget. I requested a special corner location for the stove and a complicated tiling design that Sam worked on personally. It is quite awesome, in my opinion.

I had many quotes all over the map but nothing like Sam's all inclusive no surprise process.
Well worth the little more money he charged. This project was $80k all in and I didn't have to go trucking around town sourcing anything, Sam took care of all the details.

Sam did a wonderful job renovating our kitchen. The project was completed on time and on budget. My wife Nancy and I are absolutely thrilled with the end result, and the completed kitchen gave the first floor of the house a completely new atmosphere.
